A preschool teacher who says a 3 year old "annoys" other kids? Unless there's more to this story, I'm wondering about the teacher's understanding of childhood development, and what her expertise might be in helping your daughter in the classroom. You can't do much from home -- your daughter needs direct support in the classroom. I'd go back to the teacher to ask how she, and the school, can help support your child -- and the other kids -- in the classroom. Let us know what happens!

I don't believe this always works. I watch a 4 yr old who is very bossy/the bully and she will lie about the situation to make her look like the victim, she is very manipulative. Her parents are aware of her behavior and together we are tying to correct her behavior but it is very trying.
