It's true - dogs and babies can be raised the same way. I'm not sure what age that will change, but I doubt it may ever change. I've even told some women in my puppy classes to try my methods on their husbands - mammals are very predictable and it works on them too! And I also believe in rules, boundaries and limitations that Millan preaches.
