		<description>Hi Dr. Heather - thanks for stopping by my blog today!  I remember the first time I had to leave M at daycare.  It was AWFUL.  I am so glad I eased myself back into work - I went back for just 2 days a week for a couple weeks because I knew I wouldn&#039;t be able to go full time and leave my baby boy!!  Now I&#039;m back full time, but easing into it made the transition so much easier.  Great advice in this post!</description>
